Would you really read a book by Tim Allen? I'm appalled!

Lynsey-
I felt that Mr. Allen's book, along with Ms. Gregory's, provided a necessary counterbalance to the likes of The Naked and the Dead and Why I am Not a Christian. This does not mean I plan to read either Norman Mailer or Tim Allen, only that I realized I can take neither of them to my daycare and that it galls me.
Please don't laugh, but I wanted to avoid sounding like a pretentious asshole.
